Born in Scottsboro, Alabama, on February 24, 1954.  Mark is a member of the Tennessee (1986) as well as Alabama Bar (1979).  He is a member of the Mobile Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, The Defense Research Institute, and International Association of Arson Investigators.

Born in Columbus, Georgia on September 1, 1958.  Randy was admitted to practice in Alabama in 1982 and in Florida in 2005.  He is a member of the Mobile Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, Florida Bar Association, and all of the Federal District Courts of Alabama, the District Attorneys Association, and the National District Attorneys Association.

Born in Mobile, Alabama on September 29, 1961.  David is a graduate of the International Association of Defense Trial Academy.  He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Alabama; United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit; the Alabama Supreme Court; the United States Supreme Court; and the Federal Maritime Commission.
